Importance of Branding your Services

Your venture desires to make a good image in the minds of consumers. Contrary to what generally people believe, branding isn’t only a symbol. Your venture objective, concentration, and image all combine to establish your brand. Why should you make this try? I believe there are some positives:

Company Image Branding

  • Branding gives recognition. It is difficult to remember a company with a generic name. You may not be able to distinguish their objective and business’s concentration. And why would you call a business if you couldn’t portray the basis of their business? Branding your business ensures consumers will see what your business is all about.
  • You build customer loyalty. The fact is, people make familiar bonds with brands. Consumers want good products they can believe in. So, your business should have an uniqueness that your customers can cling to. If your business delivers great stuffs and services and has a immense brand identity, people will reminisce you. In addition, they will usually refer you to friends and family.
  • You become well known. You want the people who have not done business with you to still know who you are and what you do. If they see your ads on billboards, hear them on radio, see them on television, or any other media, they will know your brand identity. And when the situation arises that they need your product or service, your company will be the first to appear.
  • Customers pay for image. We are a very brand conscious society. People usually associate with brand names with quality and may only obtain certain brands for that reason. If people only want one brand of a specific product, they are willing to pay a higher price. Having a great brand will make your business have a better image and trigger consumers overlook about the competition.

Finding free or low cost website advertising is not nearly as impossible as you may think. If you search the internet however you’ll discover there are several tools available to you which only require your time.

I’ve listed here are some ideas that you can use to assist you bringing traffic to your website.

1. Do a Google Search- Let me state the obvious (though surprising how often this is overlooked). Type in Google “free advertising”, and then work through first page of the results. To target your adverting put in free advertising (and then your field) eg; Free Advertising Web Design”

2.Viral Marketing is always a good way to spread your message quickly. Put together an email for your friends and ask them to pass it on to their friends, and they in turn will pass it on to their friends. This is the viral effect – just make sure your email is a good read and uses all the known elements to get people to open their emails.

7. Banner Exchanges work on the same principle. Place the exchange code on your website and earn placement of your banner on other sites within the exchange. I’m not keen on banner exchanges as I don’t like the idea of having someone else’s banner on my site (unless of course it is realted in some eay to my site and I have checked out their credibility).

8. Forums, Message Boards and Chat Rooms are excellent ways to interact with people and spread the news about your website. Search the internet for places that fit with the theme of your site. Be sure to visit sites like http://delphiforums.com. It’s a good place to start. Remember to participate in the discussions and follow the accepted form to pitch your site. Create an email signature with your name/ website /and tagline incorporating a a “call to action”, ie, “Click here now to get a free XYZ to help increase your business”, or “Click here now to see my latest creations at unbelieveable prices” You get the idea? Make sure you tell (in your tagline) what your business is about.

11. Link Exchanges can help you boost traffic to your site. Try trafficswarm. Check out Google search for “traffic exchanges”. Additionally you can join a free desktop advertising exchange service here.

Be proactive and research ideas to help get the word out. You might be pleasantly surprised to discover promoting doesn’t cost that much if you are willing to put in the extra time and effort necessary to see that happen.

The 4 Hour Workweek?

I had the opportunity recently of trialing a membership to the Internet Entrepeneur Club. It’s run by a guy called Derek Gehl, and I’ve got to say if you were going to spend money on something really worthwhile to your business success then I would receommend signing up for this club.

It’s through this club I’ve heard about this new book called “The 4-Hour Workweek” written by a 30-year-old millionaire named Timothy Ferriss — and this books apparently is flying off the shelves in the US.

The book’s philosophy essentially boils down to this…

If you manage your time, your goals, and your priorities effectively, it’s totally possible for you to generate a comfortable, full-time income working just 4 hours per week.

Goodbye trying to fit your social life around your 9-to-5 job, and hello freedom and prosperity!

Seriously though — who doesn’t want that? No wonder thisbook’s become an instant best-seller.

But since releasing it, Tim Ferriss has come under some serious fire from prominent entrepreneurs who are whining(let’s be honest) that designing your ‘ideal lifestyle’ of minimal work and maximum play is not that simple… that it takes YEARS of hard work, blood, sweat, and tears to make that happen.

But I beg to differ!

I’ve read about many people who have started their own moneymaking Internet businesses from scratch. (In fact, I count myself among their number!).

What I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt is this:

The success people like us have achieved did NOT come as a result of how much time we’ve spent working on our businesses, but what we’ve DONE with the time we’ve spent.

For example: Someone with clear, intentional goals and a step-by-step action plan will accomplish wayyyyy more in 60 minutes than someone who is mired in information overload and analysis paralysis will accomplish in 8 hours. You know this is true.

The internet is littered with stories of high school drop outs, retirees who are downright scared of computers, and even teenagers who achieve *massive* success on the Internet ‘working’ as little as 4 hours per week… and in some cases, even less than that!

It’s know it’s possible — I’ve seen proof of it. So what’s to stop you doing it?

P.S. Here’s another secret for you…

You don’t have to know it all, learn it all, or spend days at a time researching your next step to generate a full-time income on the Internet. You simply need to surround yourself
with people who have the expertise that you don’t, and let them steer you along towards success.

But where can you find such experts willing to openly share their expertise and stand over your shoulder as you grow your own moneymaking website? Click here now to find out!
